Is there a booking fee?

No. E Capital Limousine will charge a flat rate as stated in our Fleets & Rates. Additional Charges may apply, in case of extra stops, additional waiting time and midnight surcharges.

What is the waiting time?

Waiting time varies from the type of trips booked.

Arrival 60 Minutes
Departure 20 Minutes

Requesting a ride for someone else

When requesting a reservation for someone else, please make sure to book the pickup location to the actual passenger location. To avoid confusion, The management of E Capital Limousine recommends to include the passengers contact details for easy communication.

How long in advance should I make a booking?

Recommended time-frame for advance booking should be at least 2 hours before intended travel (Subject to availability). Customers are recommended to call our 24-Hour Concierge Hotline for a speedy booking confirmation.

Can I book a personalized private tour? For example, to and from Malaysia

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Can I request for a specific driver?

Yes. The Concierge team from E Capital Limousine will do our best to accommodate to each and individual request, subject to availability.

Payment & Billing

What is included in the rates?

Our rates include the vehicle, chauffeur, insurance, fuel cost, ERP and parking charges. Admission and headcount charges to Sentosa Island is excluded.

Do I need to tip my driver?

No, Tipping is not made mandatory. However, if you choose to give the respective chauffeur a token of appreciation for his impeccable service, You may certainly do so. The management of E Capital Limousine always appreciate a good word or a good feedback on any social media platforms.

What are the other methods of payments?

Our E Booking platform only supports Credit Card Payment. To provide you with a secured payment process, we have signup with paypal to processed any billing matters. Paypal is a widely renown and accepted as one of the best payment gateway for a secure credit card payments.
